Copyright and takedowns

Owners upload their own photos and descriptions. If something on a listing uses your work without permission, tell us and we will take it down while we sort it out.

What to send

Email firus@hanovconsulting.com with: the page address, which photo or text you mean, proof that you own it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. Sign it with your name.

What happens next

We remove or hide the material, tell the listing owner why, and give them a chance to respond. If they send a counter-notice, we forward it to you. If nothing more happens within ten business days, the material may go back up.
